Coordinating the YES board and wider movement to advocate and empower young people across the continental region of the YMCA. Organising, planning and delivering Erasmus+ projects, mobilising young people from across Europe and the wider fringes to participate in leadership/governance seminars and contributing to the YMCA Europe AGM.

Supporting young people at risk of grooming/exploitation and entering the sex industry post 18, and adults already engaged in survival sex work. Delivering the Welsh Women's Aid and Welsh Government Children Matter STAR training programme, educating young people about healthy and respectful relationships, staying safe, and recognising signs of abuse and exploitation.
