Assist camp director to implement programs, schedule activities, organize events and manage staff. Director of creative and performing arts for the entire camp. Responsible for the day to day supervision of the camp. Recruit, hire, train, supervise, develop and evaluate summer camp counselors. Assist the Director in planning, organization, execution and evaluation of a formal training program for summer camp counselors. Responsible for all phases of marketing plan. Manage the registration process and logistics related to summer camp. Contribute to and regularly update social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter as well as regularly maintain the camp website. Communicate with parents, community partners, and other outside vendors prior to and throughout the summer
