Responsible for driving business, brand loyalty and brand recognition in the Mid-Atlantic through both new business development and existing business growth strategies. I work in conjunction with an account team to grow territory and salon sales through product education sell-in and sell through strategies, business consultation, merchandising, promotions and strong relationship management.

My responsibility at Twin State was to directly support their sales and education team to grow their new and comp business. I worked closely with Twin State's DSCs to help support them in the field and manage their brands within their salons. My goal was to grow awareness of the multiple brands within the Twin State market. Dedicated to planning and executing stylist education throughout the territory, including in-salon, cluster classes and VIP/prospecting events.

Brand Manager for the Washington, DC territory including Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DCI was responsible for selling Kérastase retail and treatment products to 37 high-end salon accounts. I delivered professional education in-salon and hands on training/support. I demonstrated accurate forecasting of sales volume and new client acquisitions, broadened client base by developing personal relationships with salon owners to close approved prospects. Also, created and executed treatment and retail events for salon clients. I set up visual merchandising of 63 retail line and 21 in-salon treatment SKUs, including housekeeping. I managed budgets, including salon incentive budgets and travel. I exceeded quarterly goal for every quarter employed. I ranked top sales representative in the mid-Atlantic district based on highest percentage over goal and was awarded “Brand Manager of the Year” 2008.
