Recruitment of vacant positions within the State.Identify training needs and address them liaising with the Head of EducationResponsible for the instore training and upskilling of team members focusing on product knowledge, brow services, and salesmethodology.Coach instore team members with a mindset of “excellence of customer service”.Participate actively in the roll out of retailer training plans to secure maximum participation.Roll out the Trade Marketing plan as per the guideline communicated to ensure successful sales dynamics on counter and strong product launches are executed.Ensure all stores abide by merchandising recommendations for consistent brand image and awareness.Ensure all counters are compliant with Hygiene practices as per the State Health Department regulations

To maximise all sales and service opportunities on the counter by leading by example and developing and coaching the Brow Experts and Beauty Advisors. Set and communicate targets, track performance, analyze and write reports, design effective rosters, conduct on counter recruitment trials, conduct phone and in person interviews, ensure actions are in line with budget requirements, visual merchandising and marketing, analyzing stock levels.

Taught students between 4-18 tap dancing, musical theatre and singing, prepared competition routines, prepared students for ADA/FATD tap exams, choreographed solo routines, rehearsed groups and soloists, mentored and motivated students to work to the best of their ability in order to achieve their goals.
