-Assist customers with inquires in regards to our products, as well as any additional questions pertaining to the vineyard and winemaking-Complete daily opening and closing duties as required- Provide daily tours and tastings to customers and tour groups- Assist with additional event set-up and take down as required

-Completion of a company wide and business unit specific spill analysis for the 2016 calendar year-Reviewed historical and current spill data to ensure all information entered was corrected-Reviewed spill data as well as supporting documents in order to classify each spill-Provided a spill analysis presentation to environmental contacts in each Business Unit

-Completion of daily opening and closing duties as required-Trained both old and new staff on new policies and procedures that were implemented-Provided customers with the highest level of service to ensure their visit satisfactory-Completed monthly inventory checks as required-Completed purchasing invoices on a weekly basis
