I worked with a team to produce an evidence-based review on best practice in Selection and Assessment to improve the diversity outcomes for graduates and apprentices. This review followed the Critically Appraised Topic (CAT) methodology and included a summary of the BPS Assessment Centre Guidelines and International Task Force Guidelines on Assessment.
