It was my job to closely monitor all guest feedback to ensure that the service provided to guests is meeting and exceeding customer expectations. I was responsible for assisting, organising, coordinating and delivering staff training to ensure all staff are up to date with our menus and offers. I work alongside the kitchen team to ensure service runs as smooth and fast as possible. It was my duty to ensure all our guests leave the establishment having enjoyed their experience whilst dining or drinking with us. As well as the usual management jobs, such as cashing up and inputting this into a computer system - I also created complex and new menus for the establishment.
