I currently have 3 years of experience in food retail, two of which in a senior role. I completed a Senior Sales Assistant Apprenticeship, which has enabled me to improve upon my skills working within a team and allowed me to progress through the company, expanding my knowledge and experience in the industry. More recently I have been covering management shifts in multiple stores, enabling me to not only cement my knowledge in the company's policies, but also challenge my communication skills as I have had to adapt my approach to new colleagues. In my role, I have been able to experience how different stores run, broadening my skill set. Including being able to adapt and challenge myself in coping under pressure in challenging situations.
