Licensed Practical Nurse degree obtained in January 2012 with additional education in pyschology, management, and nursing courses. Basic I.V. therapy certificate earned in 2017. Pediatric nursing as well as adult and juvenile correctional nursing practiced. Due to the ages of patients and facility of employment strong nursing skills developed and practiced daily. Areas of expertise include but not limited to critical care, emergency trauma, routine care, physical assessments, disease identify and management, medication maintenance, substance abuse detoxification, nursing management, and crisis intervention from neonatal to geriatric clients. Worked as floor nurse, nurse manager with a large team, with outside assistance, and individually without any complications.
