•Prepare portfolio of investments annual and semiannual shareholders reports and quarterly NQs for John Hancock mutual funds of low to high complexity including supporting schedules and notes.•Prepare statement of assets and liabilities, statement of operations, statement of changes, and financial highlights for annual and semi-annual reports for John Hancock mutual funds of low to high complexity.•Reconcile custodian bank reports, related audit packages and Fund Treasury reports to the reporting produced.•Communication and resolution of accounting and reporting items with Custodian Banks, as necessary.•Prepare financial data for internal management reporting, DC&P/Certification meetings, proxies and other ad-hoc financial and analytical requests.•Prepare reporting and/or supporting schedules for certain SEC filings, including Forms N-SAR, N-CSR, NQ, N-MFP, N-1a and N-2.•Member of the Accounting Policies Committee and Sub-Committee tasked with updating accounting policies and ensuring SEC regulations are followed and implemented in a timely manor.
