As a Principal Inspector at the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI), I lead and manage a team of inspectors who assess and enforce the compliance of water companies with the drinking water regulations and standards. I have over nine years of experience in the drinking water and environmental sector, having had various operational and scientific roles within Southern Water and the DWI. I have achieved my Chartered Scientist registration and I have a BSc in Bioveterinary Science from the University of Lincoln, and I have developed skills in drinking water analysis, environmental awareness, and water quality management. My core competencies include conducting audits, investigations, and assessments, providing technical advice and guidance, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. I am passionate about protecting public health and the environment, and I strive to uphold the highest level of professionalism and integrity in my work.
