Handling complaints on behalf of a major high street bank.Investigating claims of mis-sold packaged bank accounts by assessing the history of accounts and documents and coming to a fair decision in line with regulations.

Auditing colleague workloads. Checking letters for grammer, spelling and formatting. Ensuring system work is done to company specifications. Auditing inbound and outbound calls. Weekly reports sent to senior management on findings.

Customer service, updating clients on their ongoing claims through inbound and outbound calls. Updating system workflows, leaving clear notes. Processing lender responses, data input, sending letters, SMS etc.

Opening, sorting, scanning and sending of the post. Filing and shredding. Data input for new clients. Sending welcome letters to new clients.

Stacking shelves, monitoring stock, stock replenishment, processing payments on the tills, accepting deliveries, general cleaning duties round store.
