I am part of the Nelson private client team. While I have a broad range of expertise across all private client matters, my main areas of expertise centre around estate administration, asset planning and trust administration. I manage the Nelson estate practice and assist clients throughout the estate administration process, including applying for grants of probate and letters of administration, and acting for executors and trustees in the subsequent administration of estates. I am also involved in all areas of estate planning, including wills, family trusts and enduring powers of attorney. I assist with the management of our trust client portfolio, including establishing and administering trusts, gifting, trustee duties and asset planning.
