My role is as Associate Surveyor, Team Leader, Project Manager and Survey Data Manager.I mostly work in the water sector managing proposals, winning work and delivering work by providing surveying, spatial, QA/QC advice for water design and general engineering projects.

Under the supervision of Licensed Surveyors - completing surveys of Crown (Government) land, aiding Licensed Surveyors in the office, contributing to the state-wide audit program and providing professional advice to industry stakeholders in regards to land ownership, boundary definitions and land use.I was a DELWP Innovation Mentor. This role involved facilitating groups who want or need to come up with ideas and solutions to enable change for the good.

Quality Control Team Leader.Main tasks include undertaking topographic/feature surveys and construction set-out workflows.

May main tasks were:- Supporting the release and promotion of the Leica Captivate products for EMEA.- To enrich marketing material with technical information to help build engaging customer content for campaigns- To undertake and maintain insight and research on the market, competitors, industries and trends to underpin marketing initiative - To manage and maintain the annual EMEA market share report- To support with the role out of product launches with the marketing team and segment managers - To support the emerging markets and the distributor channel with product launches - To create and help deliver sales packs containing product/solutions, competitor and market content in support of the campaign rollouts - To take the lead for the product marketing of adhoc EMEA tools and products, and support the EMEA region to achieve revenue target - Be current on competitor / manufacturer product offerings (features, benefits and customer interest in these products) in the region/country, report information internally into affected segments together with recommendations as required

- Managing a team of eight committee members- Organising functions and associated professional communication with students and surveying and spatial industry professionals. Including the Melbourne University Geomatics Society Industry Ball and the Industry Night networking events.
