Created partnerships with various schools and organizations, such as: HISD, Spring ISD, Aldine ISD, the YMCA, etc. to provide much needed workshops and mentorship services(Career, Etiquette, Young Adult Parenting, Health, etc.) to students. Also responsible for managing all physical and financial aspects of the company, including the PRO's Lodge(Independent living facility for Youth exiting Foster Care) by making/approving all business, financial and product decisions.

Guide individual and groups of students through the development of educational plans and career awareness. Counsel individual students with presenting needs/concerns while utilizing accepted theories and techniques appropriate to school counseling

Making knowledge accessible to all students; specifically dealing with the basic areas of communication and Career Exploration as a .5 high school credit course. These areas include: intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, small group communication, public speaking, job interviews, career preparation/exploration, goal setting and mass media. By teaching these subjects I improve and enhance the students’ ability to communicate on all levels. - Developing students’ cognitive capacity and respect for learning - Fostering students' self-esteem, motivation, and sense of civic responsibility.

Performed various job duties for the Career Services Department such as: maintain/create invoices, produce marketing strategies to promote the career library, develop on-campus job postings and plan/operate the annual campus wide Camp Fair. Also responsible for assisting students with career research and preparation tools/services offered. Lastly, I provided assistance with career/teacher job fairs and recruiting various business/school partnerships.
