As a Customer Service Officer you are the first point of contact and must constantly strive to meet customers' needs and give outstanding service.I provided ASB customers with information regarding products and services and helped assist in making a decision about which products to buy. Started as Assistant Store Manager for Table Eight Clearance Store whilst on a working holiday in Brisbane. After 9 months became Store Manager and ran a succesful team of 9 staff. I was responsible for staff and payroll, targets, stock control and merchandising.In 2010 the store was rebranded as Barkins Collective group. I enjoyed dedicating my time to help with rebranding in numerous stores before returning back to New Zealand for family reasons.
