I have over 9 years of experience in Patient Access and have spent the last 5 years a part of the Access Leadership team. My current role is Registration Performance Analyst in a remote role. I operate as the Registration System Hiring manager and also provide coaching to our Leadership team. My current focus is denial management and process improvement. I also have knowledge in patient estimates and No Surprise Billing workflows. I work directly under the Regional Registration Director for 8 hospitals and multiple clinics and partner with a team of Registration Managers for multiple facility patient access.
