- Provide technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD- Modify supplied drawings to extract extra detail as required throughout each project - Build Drawing Packages for large projects- Document Controller for Project MDR's - Create QA Documents as required - Complete Progress Reports and Service Reports to keep clients updated - Estimate jobs and supply quotes to customers - Design Marketing Materials, signage and merchandise- Oversee Marketing Campaigns and provide up to date content - Create promotional videos for advertising and Social Media- Create regular content for Social Media- Grow Social Media reach and expand marketing reach organically as well as through paid, targeted advertising- Build targeted AD campaigns - Refine and update SEO for website - Provide content and graphics for website as well as coordinate updates and design changes- Provide comprehensive SM data reports- Build Advertising portfolio and build brand awareness through various campaigns

➢ Build professional and long lasting relationships with customer base.➢ Answer phones and provide assistance or forward to the appropriate person.➢ Compile & provide quotes for customers based on scope of work required.➢ Meet Gross Profit Margin % and lead-time KPI's➢ Assess hydraulic components and document scope of repairs.➢ Compile reports for customers outlining measurements and specifications relating to their component.➢ Source information and quotes regarding parts, consumables, material, hours and specs of component to be worked on.➢ Liaise with and maintain strong communication with customers regarding their jobs and create a fantastic relationship with each customer to encourage repeat business.➢ Engage and contribute to site wide WHS regulations and requirements.➢ Participate and lead regular safety meetings and actively look for any new opportunities to improvesafety within the office and the workshop.➢ Proficient user of Microsoft AX, Outlook, WebSIS, DBS, Workflow, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and LotusNotes.➢ Create technical drawings of existing and new components from hand drawn sketches provided by workmen and/or customer.➢ Measure and draw technical drawings from component provided.
