I have completed studying at the University of Sydney, with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Banking as well as Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. With the completion of my studies, I aim to pursue a career in the Human Resources field. I strongly believe that fostering success amongst employees and recognizing their importance contributes greatly to the overall success of an organization. I therefore hope to contribute to this success through having a positive impact on an organization’s employees. I have numerous years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor. As a result, I have developed skills such as leadership, conflict resolution and problem solving. I have demonstrated time management skills, working a part time job and studying full time. In addition, I have a strong desire to learn and make the most of new opportunities and experiences.
