Part of the DNA Pipelines team, working on short read sequencing. Trained on Illumina NovaSeq 6000, MiSeq and NovaSeqX Plus technologies. Responsible for some laboratory management and communication with the wider team through the sequencing 'Walk-Up' service. Supporting a variety of projects and departments to produce quality sequencing data in a timely manner. Part of the laboratory 'LEAF' team, working todrive sustainability within the lab. Trained on Data QC for sequencing runs.
