We also install interior trim, doors, and casework. I primarily design our larger projects as all of our projects are custimzed to our Clients needs. I also design rooms for Clients virtually and provide a package to Clients in need of affordable Interior Design services for an affordable price. I can provide furniture plans, concept and style summary, color palette, materials board, 3D modeling images, and a purchase list with full explanation of the design. Clients receive the completed package and are free to make the purchases and install the room themselves or with the help of a Contractor if needed. This service is also great for Clients who are just looking for the ideas for the space and want to purchase items as they are able to. Executing an idea starts with a plan on paper!I also hold a Real Estate License in the State of Virginia and have many years of experience managing single family rental properties for private investor portfolios and Landlords.I was a residential new construction Project Manager for several years and have experience executing and overseeing the building of a house from start to finish.
