I tracked insurance for loans and updated the collateral management system after obtaining updated property and flood insurance policies. I drafted and mailed correspondences and performed other clerical support duties. I scanned documents to be imaged.

I served as the first point of contact with existing and prospective patients. I greeted patients and explained paperwork. I entered patient demographic information into an electronic health record system accurately and completely, scanned paper records into patient files, and verified patient insurance eligibility and benefits. I handled referrals to and from other medical offices. I also filed insurance claims and recorded reimbursement totals into the practice information system. My other responsibilities included answering the phone, scheduling appointments, maintaining a clean office and waiting area, and screening patients using optical equipment.

I took customer food orders, collected payments, and made change. I delivered customer service and problem resolution.
