In this position, I oversee multiple project delivery and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. I work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate with the Programme Directors to ensure that specific project requirements and deliverables are met according to the overall program objectives. My responsibilities include project planning, budget management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and change management.

In this role, I oversee the internal team of Learning Designers and copywriters, to ensure that online learning programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. I am responsible for learning strategy, team management and training, and capacity planning. I interface with clients and subject matter experts, define and coordinate project tasks, and am responsible for quality assurance within the team.

In this position, I organise and facilitate regular EdTech Collective meetups. I am also responsible for strategic planning for the collective, community mobilisation, and cross-platform communication. I liaise with various local and international EdTech organisations, in this regard.

In this role, I was responsible for the full-spectrum of the ADDIE process, across various content areas and courses:• Designed the International GCSE English curriculum.• Assisted with development of the English Junior High English curriculum. • Designed and developed the 18 month Business Studies and Sustainable Entrepreneurship curriculum.• Designed and developed Grade 10 and Grade 11 Life Orientation curriculum for the UCT Online High School.• Designed, developed and facilitated the Service in Action curriculum and extra-mural at Valenture Institute.
