While completing my degree I worked on a casual basis two days a week in the role of finance assistant. I was responsible for creating the annual marketing budget for the company under the supervision of the Business Manager. I reconciled the sales trust accounts and the general account, processed weekly payroll in MYOB, paid creditors, calculated and processed monthly sales agent commissions, entered and maintained sales contracts and completed audit preparation for trust account auditing.Until I began studying at university (Oct 2015) I was employed as the Marketing Coordinator on a full time basis. I was in charge of managing the company’s brand and designing and producing all marketing material (using InDesign and Photoshop) while maintaining a corporate image. I oversaw the Sales Advertiser and ensured accuracy of the work produced for listed properties. I also managed the company’s website, social media accounts and ensured all information relating to the company was correct on third party websites.
