I am an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of building high performing teams and companies in the technology industry.As the previous interim Chief People Officer at Credit Karma, I have led the people function, with oversight of all sub-teams, including HR, DEI, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. As a partner to the Executive Team as well as the most senior leaders throughout each of Credit Karma’s business units, I’ve been a key player in several initiatives, including helping the company navigate through employee-related changes resulting from a significant overall evolution in Credit Karma’s business, complex legal employee-related issues, and a shift in the people function towards a more data-driven and analytical approach.As global head of talent at Credit Karma, I oversaw talent attraction and onboarding for the company globally. In my role, I was responsible for scaling the company through significant growth. This included expansion of the company’s workforce in LA, Charlotte and the Bay Area, as well as London in the UK.I kicked off my career at Microsoft, followed by Blackbird Holdings, a Charlotte software startup. In 2009, I joined Zynga, where I built the research recruiting team during the company's growth to 4,000 people globally.
