Hi, I’m Ashleigh! I’m thrilled to share a bit about myself and my journey. As a seasoned Fractional COO and business consultant, I help service-based businesses scale by optimizing operations, streamlining processes, and driving growth. Over the past 15 years, I’ve embraced a remote-first work environment, collaborating with clients across the globe to deliver results that transform businesses. My passion for business runs deep, rooted in my early experiences growing up in Maine. I was immersed in the entrepreneurial world from a young age—whether it was dusting shelves at my uncle’s bookstore, printing banners, or helping out at my family’s toy store. These experiences ignited my love for business and creating meaningful customer experiences, which led me to pursue a degree in business and eventually a career where I could combine all my passions: teaching, business management, and customer success. I’ve worn many hats throughout my career—starting in software training and growing into my current role as a trusted consultant. I specialize in helping businesses implement scalable solutions, particularly using HubSpot, where I’ve leveraged its tools to enable sales and operational efficiencies. My work is driven by a love of digging into the details, understanding the unique challenges each business faces, and crafting tailored strategies for long-term success. When I’m not helping businesses thrive, you’ll find me enjoying life in Central Maine with my Partner Jordan, dog Teddy and cat Baer. I love embracing all four seasons—whether that’s road biking, kayaking, and hiking in the summer or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. I’m also a passionate traveler, having explored 41 U.S. states and 11 countries, always eager to learn about new cultures and traditions. I believe in the importance of connection and understanding the whole person behind the business.
