I am currently a Retail Store Manager at Doggie Style Pets, where I oversee the merchandising, grooming, and staff schedules of our store. I am driven by the mission of Doggie Style Pets, which is to provide the best quality products and services for our furry friends, and to support animal welfare and rescue efforts in our community.In my current role, I have demonstrated my skills in communication, attention to detail, and hospitality. I have trained and developed our sales staff, educating them on new products and industry trends, and ensuring that they provide excellent consulting and knowledgeable customer service to our customers. I have also cared for our adoptable dogs and store cats, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store. Additionally, I have completed two online certifications in customer service and social media stories, to enhance my professional development and to promote our store on various platforms.
