My career in Law Enforcement began in 2015 as a 911 Dispatcher with the Freestone County Sheriff's Office. During my tenure there, I completed Police Academy through Navarro College. I became dual commissioned with Freestone County Sheriff's Office and Wortham Police Department, holding both a Telecommunications and Peace Officer License through TCOLE. I reserved for Wortham Police Department for a year while remaining a full-time Dispatcher, until 2018 when a full-time patrol position became available with Wortham PD. Beginning August of 2018 I became a full-time Patrol Officer, and still hold a commissioned TCOLE Telecommunications license. I am a Field Training Officer for new employees with my agency, and a Basic Instructor certified through TCOLE for Police Academy and Continuing Education courses for Law Enforcement.
