I collaborated closely with district administrators to facilitate the transition of human capital systems and processes during the historic merger of the largest school district merger in the United States’ history. This involved spearheading and executing large-scale, district-wide processes such as budget checkout, staffing adjustments, hiring events and internal employee transfers driving improvement in human capital practices district-wide. I supported 21 principal's in the lowest-performing school in Tennessee and successfully recruited an staffed each school with 100% of teachers starting by the first day of school.
