Previously worked at Ted Baker London in the role of Production Support. My main role is invoice approval, ensuring all queries are managed and resolved in a timely manner. Other roles include overseeing the trim service provided by the company by sourcing replacement trims for customers and stores, ordering and sending replacement swing tickets to stores for stock, organising supplier gifts for Christmas or factory visits, ordering business cards for department members and organising birthday celebrations or all department members. Working through all assigned invoices in a timely manner to ensure they are paid within the agreed supplier payment terms. Liaising with suppliers to resolve all invoicing inconsistencies, requesting amendments or credit notes as well as raising debit notes to resolve invoice discrepancies. • Assisting the Menswear Accessories production team by attending meetings with buying and design teams, reviewing samples (SMS through to TGS) by measuring against the approved spec and sending out any comments to suppliers. Helping to send out barcodes for SMS samples once POs have been raised, and ensuring all information such as factories and dimensions are imputed onto the system before shipment.• Production Controller of the companies Eyewear product category. Running weekly critical path reports to send to suppliers and internal teams. Ensuring that all orders are kept on schedule and any delays are highlighted to the teams and kept to a minimum. Liaising with supplier and shipping team to ensure all deliveries are booked in to the warehouse.
