Responsible for meeting $700,000 annual fundraising goal as well as funding for special projects. Design and implement an integrated system that aligns charitable gift solicitation, communications and marketing with the Center’s strategic direction. Methods include major gifts moves management and individual solicitation, corporate sponsorship, targeted mailings and special events. Overall, set measurable annual goals that focus on revenue generation, donor retention and gift growth, and increasing our agency's presence in the community.

Develop and execute targeted marketing and messaging strategies for the Calvin Annual Fund. Oversee direct mail, e-mail, and web communications, including national solicitations to alumni, parents and businesses. Manage various annual fund stewardship and donor recognition programs, including the 1876 Society. Lead the re-branding of the 1876 Society, a donor recognition society for annual fund leadership donors.Coordinate volunteer recruitment and activity through the 1876 Society Advisory Council. Establish volunteer training program and oversee volunteer solicitation and stewardship efforts.Advise college administration on communications strategy and branding.

Create fund-raising materials and correspondence that are compelling and well-written. Manage the process and timeline for Calvin's communications to its donor constituencies.
