Within my undergraduate career at University of Houston, I conducted research at Social Process Lab. We studied how individuals are impacted by social interactions. We worked with STATA, and with Qualtrics. In various classes, I was able to learn more programming skills such as Python, and R to help with data analytics. My focus within my major has been health and medicine, with a focus on health care disparities and drug abuse and recovery. I was able to help volunteer through Sociology Student Association at UH. I have received a bachelors in Science in Sociology with concentration in Health and medicine and minor in Psychology with Magna Cum Laude. I will be going to University of Texas at Dallas for Social Data Analytics and Research.
