My journey with The White Company began 9 years ago when I joined our customer service team to handle inbound customer contacts. It immediately felt like a natural fit as I have always been passionate about customer service and I had come to a company that provides its people with the platform to deliver an exceptional award-winning customer experience. My love of customer service starts with my love for helping people. Through hard work, a determined mindset and positive attitude my role within The White Company has evolved to not only allow me to help our customers but also provide a more supportive role to our Contact Centre team. My focus currently sits with our frontline customer service advisors - listening to their voice and meeting potential knowledge barriers with proactive coaching solutions to enhance the quality of our work across all customer contacts. I have a firm belief that great customer service begins with investing time in our people and understanding our core strengths and weaknesses –the impact this has on our business, and most importantly our customer. It’s from this base we can celebrate our successes whilst providing motivation to continue to challenge our team to work dynamically and be fearless in raising the bar to go above and beyond for our customers, to deliver a customer journey to be proud of.
