I currently manage the Queensland and Local Government teams within Blaze Brisbane. I help Identify opportunities and develop strategies for growth both locally and in conjunction with the Brisbane senior team and the Group management team. I Liaise and build relationships with key accounts, contracts, agency suppliers and media to ensure the best possible outcomes for both clients and the agencyI establish and maintain relationships with Blaze’s leadership team, relevant heads and other senior staff.Organisation of staff – motivation, team evolvement, recruitment and selection, performance measurement, empowerment.Provide leadership mentoring for my team.

I work closely with the Senior Account Director and help take a leadership role on the Queensland Government designated Accounts.I help to ensure the agency is aligned with the strategic direction established by my clients. I also help with the development and management of the team members; ensuring they grow and develop personally and professionally.Working with the Senior Account Director, I help to develop and procure new opportunities for the agency and our clients.

I am responsible for client satisfaction and retention through the provision of timely and accurate customer service. This encompasses the accurate booking, processing and proofing of advertisements, quotations, studio briefs, ready reckoners and reports when required. I am also required to conduct regular client meetings and reviews of clients’ advertising templates and style guides to ensure their key message/s and company branding evolve to meet the demands of an ever-changing marketplace. Key to delivering comprehensive results for clients, I practice excellent time management as well as conduct media research and planning for client projects or campaigns, and maintain a proactive approach to investigating and sourcing promotional opportunities for clients.I contribute to the smooth running of the agency by providing administrative support to other account service team members as well as the finance department.
