Hello! I'm Ashleigh. I love all things fundraising and product management and am equally passionate about social transformation, believing in a world where there is fullness of life for all - so I do both!With over 10 years experience in the not-for-profit sector and having recently completed a Graduate Certificate in International and Community Development, I am passionate about being part of creating a more just and compassionate world, challenging inequality and seeing lives transformed in world where everyone can reach their potential. I've had the opportunity to manage projects and events across both the corporate and not-for-profit spaces in multiple cities across the world from intimate dinners to multi-day conferences for over 25,000 people. Nowadays, I get to live out my interests by stewarding and growing Tearfund Australia's regular giving product - an Enneagram 7's dream!I value brave communication, a posture of curiosity, and get excited about building people and teams - cultivating spaces where people can can thrive which is why I'm also currently completing an MBA at UNSW. And with this interest in governance and healthy organisations, I also volunteer as a board member for two amazing not-for-profit organisations. In my spare time, I'm a coffee enthusiast and spicy food lover. When I'm not dreaming up new dreams I can be found planning my next solo camping adventure or having a conversation over coffee about power and privilege.
