Vice President, Human Resources
Current- Align objectives and bridge communications with C-suite executives and leadership teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness, provide guidance on workforce management, and support strategic planning and decision-making efforts for organizational and HR development, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development planning.- Chart the successful development and implementation of data-driven HR programs, strategies, and improvement initiatives for talent acquisition, employee relations and retention, workforce productivity, employee onboarding, compensation, health/welfare benefits, training & development, AA/EEO compliance, labor relations, and more.- Ensure that staffing levels continue to support business objectives by developing dynamic talent management strategies in line with both future and current business needs, successfully closing talent gaps.- Facilitated the adoption of the organization’s new digital strategy, directly contributing to market share and ROI growth.- Assume additional leadership responsibilities, such as serving as the Committee Chair and Fundraising Lead for the Gary Sinise Foundation partnership and representing the HR team as the SME/Business Lead with the HRIS team.
