About Ashleigh Louis, Phd, Lmft, Ryt

Quantum™️ ADR facilitates effective negotiation through our Two Coach Approach to CoMediation with the support of interdisciplinary legal and relational psychology experts. We emphasize compassionate conflict prevention and resolution through 360° online mediation and coaching. Our ethos, The Me in Mediation™️, encourages transformational inside-out magic. My esteemed business partner, Jeff Soilson, JD, and I founded Quantum to effectively navigate intertwined relationships rather than attempting to sever them completely or establish the dominance of one party over the other. We've witnessed firsthand the detrimental impact of high-conflict relationships on children and adults, alike. This ignited our passion to resolve conflict through an interdisciplinary approach that is informed from both a legal and mental health perspective to help people discover the unique solutions that maximize healthy resolution for all parties. Rather than winners and losers, we encourage focusing on the wellbeing of individuals and their relationships, in whatever forms those take. We embrace the importance of understanding that interconnectedness often endures long after conflicts are settled, and believe the best approaches are those that facilitate growth, insight, and compromise. As a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist, I have 10,000+ hours of clinical, coaching, & group facilitation experience with individuals, couples, families, and groups from 3 to 100+. I have also taught 2000+ students in various undergraduate and graduate psychology courses. My approach to coaching and mediation is strongly influenced by my education and training, particularly in terms of conceptualizing problems through the lens of individual psychological experiences while maintaining deep appreciation for the relational factors that influence people.

Boston, Us

Quantum ADR is an innovative solution to reshape the win-lose litigation model into a more collaborative approach that respects the intricate dynamics of entangled relationships. By blending legal and mental health expertise, we help people work through and resolve conflict to establish new ways of moving through challenging life transitions. My 15+ year career in mental health highlights my passion for individual and relational wellbeing. Previously, I have worked with clients as a dual-licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist. I transitioned away from traditional therapeutic services as I found myself increasingly interested in applying the skills and strategies to a broader range of personal and relational conflicts. Mental health is applicable to everyone, not just those with specific diagnoses and treatment plans. As a coach and mediator at Quantum ADR, I bring my expertise and training to the interdisciplinary table. I am excited by the opportunity to help people and relationships thrive rather than simply survive. By channeling my background in psychology and marriage and family, I have the pleasure of facilitating insight, growth, and enhanced wellbeing. Together, we can overcome obstacles and celebrate new ways of approaching ourselves and our relationships.
