• Plan and setup programmatic campaigns understanding and incorporating client expectations and KPIs • Execute, manage, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns while meeting or surpassing client, agency, and industry performance expectations • Update and maintain tracking documents for accurate forecasting, campaign details, execution and reporting metrics. • Collaborate as needed on creation of ad creatives and test creatives and landing pages to improve campaign performance • Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers including problem solving and escalations. • Accountable for overall success of programmatic campaigns including understanding, setup, execution and on time completion. • Continually expand knowledge of the programmatic industry and incorporate learnings into campaign execution and customer service excellence • Execute Ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed

• Primary internal owner of the successful delivery top tier, strategic customers' content syndication and digital advertising campaigns• Serve as digital operations subject matter expert for internal teams, external partners and strategic customers as needed• Assess, improve, and implement efficient and scalable operational workflow from campaign implementation through delivery• Subject matter expert across products and 3rd party applications including lead generation and digital advertising operations and platform integrations
