Rail Resource Manager
In this role, I am responsible for managing a team of Resourcers to ensure we meet client demands in terms of experience, skill set and attitudes. I am responsible for the candidate management system that we use to ensure it is fit for purpose. I also look closely at our current in-house recruitment processes and improve where necessary to provide our candidates and clients the best overall experience, ensuring that we are fully compliant.I manage the workload of the Rail department, including planning and resourcing. Ensuring PPE is adequate and correct for all our staff. Keeping candidates and internal staff up to date with contractors standards, health and safety legislations, compliance and screening checks, training and development. In this role I handled a workload of around 5-7 volume vacancies at any one time, from vacancy approval through to start date. This involved posting live vacancies to our careers website and other job boards as required, to maintain the right pipeline of candidates. I managed a small team of Telescreeners and Recruiters to help support the Recruitment demands of EE, this ranged from 1-7 people. Key to this role is building effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, 3rd party agencies and HR, making sure that I am seen as a trusted partner by all. I have a track record of recruitment delivery and vacancy fulfilment. I have the ability to adapt my style to suit all colleagues, stakeholders and candidates, showing flexibility and focusing on 'customer experience'.TUPED across to BT in February 2016 still working for the EE LOB.

I covered this role as a development opportunity. I believe this helped me become more confident and respected within EE. I played a huge part in monitoring the Site's conformance and adherence making sure these were on target for the day. Often challenging Team Leader's if these were not on target.I would provide regular updates to the Head Of Site and Operation Managers.
