I recruit solely for Merthyr site and Plymouth, which as around 950 employees currently. I managed a small team of Telescreeners and Recruiters to help support the Recruitment demands of EE, this ranged from 1-7 people. Key to this role is building effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, 3rd party agencies and HR, making sure that I am seen as a trusted partner by all. I have a track record of recruitment delivery and vacancy fulfilment. I have the ability to adapt my style to suit all colleagues, stakeholders and candidates, showing flexibility and focusing on 'customer experience'.TUPED across to BT in February 2016 still working for the EE LOB.
