Within my role as CAPC coordinator I coordinate the North Shore coalition of CAPC programs, as well as organize parent workshops, lead mother goose alongside CCRR, run nobody’s perfect, and more.

I run several workshops on topics regarding Early Childhood education, run through CCRR, West Coast Childcare, and conferences such as Children Heart of the Matter 2022 conference.

Within my role I taught inclusive practices, advanced growth and development theory, advanced health safety and nutrition, administration, and working with families. I also had the opportunity to partake in curriculum development through creating marking rubrics for all post-basic ECE courses as well as modifying several assignments and creating my own.

Worked as a coordinator in a 4-5 classroom. Duties included implementing and creating curriculum, regular communication with families, hosting parent teacher meetings, documentation, organizing a staff of 3.

Duties varied on specific position, responsible for the care and guidance in a 1:1 capacity of students with disabilities ranging in ages 0-8.

Worked as a float teacher between the 0-3 & 3-5 classrooms. Duties including creating and implementing curriculum, documentation, and day to day care routines with all children.
