I am currently pursuing my BA in Biology at the University of North Texas, with a minor in Chemistry. I am set to graduate December of 2020 and am looking for an internship opportunity to further pursue my education in the field of Physician Assistance. Due to having to obtain a hardworking, team oriented, focused, mindset at such a young age it has allowed me to flourish and improve over the years. Being a student athlete has been rewarding in so many ways. I’ve learned various important skills including time management, patience, and determination that I lacked before. All of these different traits learned have been extremely beneficial dealing with my education. I have volunteer history at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Frisco in Frisco, Tx. During this volunteer experience I was able to work hands on with patients and help the employees where I was needed. Although I was already in love with the medical field this experience made me fall even harder. I believe that my hard working, caring, determined and many other personal traits will allow me to excel in this field of work and I can’t wait to push myself even harder to get there. I am going to be the first college graduate in my immediate family and am very eager to further my education and push my boundaries. Although I have lived in North Texas my whole life, relocating is an option.
