• Manage before and after school programs. • Manage teachers/staff in various programs. • Behavior management for before/after school students.• Identify and recruit nominated students to participate in a the TeamMates Mentoring Program.• Work with community agencies on school partnerships and volunteer opportunities within the school. • Supervise over 135 mentor’s/mentee’s in the TeamMates mentoring program. • Work directly with student and families on misc. needs they may have. • Work to connect students to school in creative and engaging ways.

• Create and implement programming to ensure students graduate on time. • Manage before and after school programs. • Manage grant budget and keep accurate records of receipts.• Assist with implementing programs to prevent truancy, teenage pregnancies, and drug use/abuse and improve regular attendance.• Act as a resource to administrators, guidance counselors, teachers, school based interventionists and health service personnel in the areas of attendance programs and policies, laws and record keeping.• Provide families with information related to the needs of their child and acts as a resource to parents/guardians to provide information on support activities to improve student academic success.• Serve as a liaison between schools, community and social service agencies, court services and legal authorities.• Collaborate with school staff to reduce the number and severity of school discipline referrals.• Develop individual service plans to cultivate positive social skills through peer mediation, problem solving, effective communication, anger management, grief/loss, and other related groups that build on academic success.• Collaborate with school attendance office in reviewing the effectiveness of current intervention methods.• Communicate with parents and students to provide information on options for available services that will facilitate the reentry of students into the educational system.• Identify students in need of services, makes personal contact with their parents/guardians and arranges meetings to determine reasons for dropping out while maintaining a positive image of the district at all times.• Research and develops strategic programs and procedures to improve student attendance and compliance.• Monitor the status of at risk students through continual communication with building administrators.• Collaborate with other community support service agencies in facilitating the return to school of students who are truant or who have dropped out.

• Work with the Pastor to create worship services.• Oversee and coordinate all musical aspects of the worship service. • Lead praise band, singers, and congregation in worship weekly on Sunday mornings and as needed at special events.• Scheduling and running practices for the praise and worship band/team.• Coordinate set list and communicate effectively with band.• Any additional duties assigned by Pastor.
