As Marketing and Communications Manager at Computershare, I manage the marketing and communications for its Communication Services division. In my role, I have shaped the marketing program, developed the client and internal communications strategy and manage the budget. Key projects have included developing the content strategy for client forums, managing a global internal sales conference, launching new products to the market and exhibiting at events.

As Redknee’s Corporate Communications Manager, I worked directly with Redknee's executive management team to increase Redknee’s global brand and profile. During my four and a half years at Redknee, I lead the internal and external communications strategy for Redknee – including during two corporate acquisitions, product launches and partner acquisitions. I nurtured close relationships with industry media and analysts that lead to the elevation of Redknee’s brand recognition and representation in key analyst reports and publication coverage. Working closely with product management and the CTO team, I helped to shape key messaging and thought leadership content - including webinars, opinion editorials and articles and blogs on behalf of key executives. I also managed the Investor Relations communications - including the Annual Report and quarterly results announcements. Managing the customer engagement program, I secured the participation of top executives from Redknee’s customers to provide public and customer-facing references.

As account manager I provided day-to-day communications support to my clients. Tasks included determining the communications and analyst relations strategy, plan and proposal development, client liaison and relationship management; preparing and drafting content such as press releases, case studies, opinion editorial articles, award and speaking submissions. Internally, my role involved account budget tracking and invoicing, managing workflow and managing two junior assistants. As account manager, I have supported a range of telecommunications software vendors including Telcordia, Qualcomm, Mobile Distillery and Telmap.

At Consultus, part of the Acumen Republic, I was the account manager for many technology clients including HP New Zealand, Fronde Systems Group, Alcatel New Zealand and Telecom New Zealand and energy company, MainPower. While at Consultus, I supported my clients' internal and external communications, including preparing marketing communications collateral, such as website copy, service offerings collateral, industry award submissions, product demonstration and case study videos, blogs and podcasts.

As account executive at Ruscoe Public Relations I implemented a number of media relations campaigns for Not-for-Profit organizations across early childhood education, health, cultural and business industry organizations.
