As Marketing and Communications Manager at Computershare, I manage the marketing and communications for its Communication Services division. In my role, I have shaped the marketing program, developed the client and internal communications strategy and manage the budget. As Redknee’s Corporate Communications Manager, I worked directly with Redknee's executive management team to increase Redknee’s global brand and profile. During my four and a half years at Redknee, I lead the internal and external communications strategy for Redknee – including during two corporate acquisitions, product launches and partner acquisitions. I nurtured close relationships with industry media and analysts that lead to the elevation of Redknee’s brand recognition and representation in key analyst reports and publication coverage. Working closely with product management and the CTO team, I helped to shape key messaging and thought leadership content - including webinars, opinion editorials and articles and blogs on behalf of key executives. I also managed the Investor Relations communications - including the Annual Report and quarterly results announcements. Managing the customer engagement program, I secured the participation of top executives from Redknee’s customers to provide public and customer-facing references.
