Ashlei Williams is a retired Oakland Police Officer and highly competent security professional with over fifteen years of combined Law Enforcement, Executive Protection, Red Team/Penetration Test and Emergency Medical Services experience. Ashlei has traveled to nineteen countries and has worked in a network of top tier clientele; some of the most well known brands, persons, events and companies in the world. She understands the rigorous demands of high-level executive protection where discretion, preparedness and adaptation are essential for success. She has superior investigative, analytical and interpersonal skills; exceptional critical thinking, excellent judgement and strong written and oral communication skills and techniques. She is results-driven and well versed in dealing with a wide range of difficult situations with a level head and a calm sense of urgency.Prior to becoming a police officer Ashlei worked as an Emergency Medical Technician while attending paramedic school at EMSTI (Emergency Medical Sciences Training Institute). At the start of her paramedic internship, Ashlei was hired as an Oakland Police Officer and graduated valedictorian of the 162nd Oakland Police Academy. She worked in Patrol for over four years, including a year on special assignment, before moving to the Recruiting and Background Investigations Unit. After working in Recruiting and Background Investigations for about a year, Ashlei was assigned to Internal Affairs Division. After seven years with the Oakland Police Department, she transitioned into the private sector of the Security industry. Ashlei was recruited from a residential security assignment to a covert protection detail and then spent time on a counter surveillance team as well. Shortly thereafter, she accepted an offer to be a part of a Red Team that conducted penetration testing throughout the country. Ashlei has been responsible for the overall security and protection of UHNWI principals, their families, properties and assets. She has coordinated necessary logistics applicable to personal security, assisted in multiple surveillance details, advance teams, executed covert operations, managed confidentiality of highly sensitive information, and worked closely with the Secret Service for events at which her principals were guests of POTUS.With a passion for the security industry, Ashlei is constantly and consistently looking for opportunities to continue to develop skills, train and grow both in life and in service to this industry.
