As the Sr. Social Media Manager at Peacock I primarily determine ways to elevate all social content and push the team to innovate in order to effectively reach specific targets by channel. In my role I:- Ensure that the brand's voice and tone is consistent and evident across all social platforms. - I manage agency relationships to ensure that everything from creative to production is streamlined and premium while making sure the strategy is evident. - I collaborate consistently with research and data teams to understand what posts are working best to reach specific audiences and pivot to refine campaign work based on key insights. - I proactively maintain forward looking timelines and make sure our brand's content calendar is hitting KPIs based on upcoming initiatives and show launches. - I work with the talent team to ideate and write scripts for social platforms- I work with the YouTube team to creatively produce video content that separates us from competition- I understand the streaming / subscription space and leverage our social content to convert followers into Peacock subscribers.

In my one year at Luminary I created, communicated and executed both brand and show-specific social strategies for the Marketing team and lead to the growth of all social platforms becoming 1st amongst podcast competition. In addition to the managing of Luminary's handles, I was also responsible for creating marketing posting calendars for our podcast creators and ideating Social Media strategies to grow their personal pages. I collaborated closely with leadership and talent across our portfolio to make sure our brand's messaging was in-line and apparent.
