I hold the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and ITIL Service Transition (ITIL-ST) credentials, which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in applying Agile and ITIL principles and methodologies.I have served Scrum teams as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach.
