I lead and manage the water system operations team providing people leadership to a technical team of operators and planners aligning day to day operations with long term strategic operations. The team oversees and advises on operational activities and supporting systems to deliver water to customers and the environment within specified quantities, quality parameters, timeframes, and cost effectiveness to optimise system yield and drive excellence in safety.

Leader of the 100+ Water Monitoring Team responsible for measuring water resources across a large water monitoring network of surface water, groundwater and water quality sites in New South Wales, Australia.

I volunteer my time as an editor of water-related science and policy articles, including OpEds, Policy Briefs, Book Reviews and more. Manager of the Grains Agronomy & Pathology Partnership (GAPP) - a $130M Bilateral partnership between the NSW government and the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC). The GAPP R&D programs include Winter Crop Pathology R&D, Winter Crop Agronomy and Physiology R&D and a Strategic Initiatives Fund (to increase the capacity for grains R&D in NSW).
