- Establish contact with supervisors regarding programming questioning/ concerns - Instruct new team members on client programming/ data collection, and provide staff with constructive feedback- Sustain consistent communication with parents to answer questions or concerns they have regarding their child's behaviors- Conduct DAYC-2 assessments with families to assess their child's current skills and identify areas of focus

- Utilize reflection, empathy, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively- Review caseload with appropriate mental health providers to achieve best outcomes forstudents- Provide direct support for caseload through the use of individual and group sessions- Select appropriate therapeutic strategies based on assessments, knowledge, research, andclient values.
