Our expertise lies in patient adherence built over our almost 30-year history of delivering high-touch patient support solutions.*Lead all recruiting operations and talent acquisition strategy for Momentum Life Sciences*Design clinical profiles and interview processes for new network launches, in partnership with internal stakeholders and pharmaceutical clients*Recruited new networks of clinical educators supporting a variety of disease states and complex therapies*Directly manage client relationships throughout recruitment phase of new and existing launches*Identify gaps in any VMS recruitment processes and procedures*Implemented bleeding edge recruitment tools within VMS to further obtain best in class talent*Understanding of territory planning; utilize zip to territory, client data and maps to align recruitment strategy to targets *Implemented strong focus on standardization and documentation through hiring initiatives (from all interviewers and hiring managers)*Leverage recruiting resources including online tools, networking, and social channels to help identify and source qualified candidates *Create and foster close relationships with cross functional stakeholders*Provide leadership and coaching to the recruitment team and support resources*Define clear performance goals, objectives, and metrics for the team
