As a Communications Specialist at UPMC, I coordinate communications between transport teams, facility physicians, referring and receiving hospitals. I have over one year of experience in this role, where I demonstrate competency in assigning requests for service to the most appropriate patient transport mode.I am also an Advanced EMT at UPMC Emergency Medicine, with four years of active certification. I have a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Pittsburgh, and a keen interest in public safety and emergency response. My passion is helping people, and I strive to provide quality care and service to patients and clients in every situation.
